The part of my job I like most is working with my borrowers to find the best product for their individual situation. In today’s mortgage climate, the process has become laden with paperwork, so I try to explain why documentation is necessary.
With over 17 years in the mortgage field, I just tell it like it is. I share what I know with my clients and freely tell them when I don’t know something and need to look it up. In the fast moving waters of the mortgage business, no one can know everything.
I believe my gifting is in interpersonal relationships, management and math. This combination of skills works well in my vocation. I worry about each loan, each lock, and each closing, as if it were for my family. Talking about honesty and integrity is one thing, living it is another.
