PLEASE NOTE: THE COMMUNITY RODEO, starting at 7pm. THIS WILL BRING HUNDREDS MORE VISITORS TO CASEY JONES PARK, WHICH MEANS MORE EXPOSURE FOR YOUR SPONSORSHIP AND TO VENDOR BOOTHS!
Event runs from 2:00 - 9:30 PM
Vendor check-in and setup begins at noon
All vendors must be set up and ready to go by 2:00pm
No early tear down before 9:30 pm
Last call for alcohol 9:00 pm
